Introduction
Rye Flatt is a period stone built farmhouse in the village of Laneshawbridge on the main road to Haworth and Bronte Country. The village pub is just a hundred yards up the road and offers an extensive range of home cooked lunches and evening meals. There are also many good eating places a couple of miles away in the main town of Colne.
There are lots of local places to visit including Townley Hall, Gawthorpe Hall, Cliffe Castle, Skipton Castle, Whalley Abbey, Wycoller and Haworth. We are also only just over an hour from the Yorkshire Dales,The Trough of Bowland, The lancashire Coast and The Lake Distict. For those who like a serious shopping experience Boundary Mill Outlet Store is only ten minutes down the road!
Facilities
The guest rooms are beautifuuly furnished and fully central heated for all year round comfort. Our ensuite facilities have underfloor heating for extra warmth and luxury.
Each room has tea and coffee making facilities although if you want to sit down and join us for a chat we will make you welcome.
Each morning we provide a full English breakfast with fuit juice, cereal and toast. If you have a special dietary requirement please tell us so that we can try to accomodate you.
The accomodation has off road parking and you are welcome to make use of our garden during your stay. We also have facilities for cyclists and walkers to store their bikes and hang wet clothing.
We are a no smoking house.
We regret that we cannot accomodate pets.
